Junior Daffodil Parade

Dear Junior Daffodil Friend:

The 49th Annual Junior Daffodil Parade is scheduled for March 27th, 2010.  The theme of this year’s daffodil celebration is Carousel Of Spring. 

We invite you and your group to participate in this year’s parade.  As in past years, we anticipate a great response and urge you to send in your entry early.  Deadline for the entry form is March 1st.

In order to participate in the Junior Parade we are required to show a certificate of insurance for your group.  A copy of this liability coverage needs to accompany your registration form.  IT MUST BE ON FILE IN ORDER FOR YOU TO MARCH WITH US.  

The parade will begin at 10:00 A.M. and will once again be held in Tacoma’s North End Proctor District.  Confirmation packets with the parade assignments will be mailed the week of March 15th. 

All street vendors are required to pay a $50.00 fee 14 days prior to the parade in order to sell merchandise before the parade. All selling during the parade must be made on the sidewalks behind the spectators. Make checks payable to Junior Daffodil Parade. Call 253-759-0725 for further instructions.
